Backing a long pebble beach and just a stone's throw from the restaurants, services and entertainment of Fethiye, Calis is a very popular resort with British buyers. There are regular minibuses and water-taxis into Fethiye.

Property values vary according to location, with a three-bedroom villa with pool near the beach going for upwards of £125,000. A short walk inland from the beach and a similar property may be £20,000-£30,000 cheaper. There is a good selection of apartments on complexes also.
