A small seaside town on an unspoilt stretch of coast, Kas has a good choice of property - villas, apartments and land

Backed by rocky mountains, Kas is a relaxed seaside town overlooking the Greek island of Meis. There is a good selection of restaurants and shops locally and plenty of sights in the area. The centre of town has a mix of re-sale and new-build apartments with some lovely villas in the surrounding area.

The Cukurbag peninsular, where development is strictly controlled, has the town's prime real estate. A three-bedroom villa with shared pool and wonderful views across to Meis starts from £200,000, though you'll pay over £350,000 for a larger property with its own garden and pool. Elsewhere in town property is cheaper, alternatively you could look in the areas of Gokseki or Cerciler.
