Kusadasi is a large resort which is popular with British and Irish investment buyers and holiday home owners. The area has a wide choice of property ranging from apartments within easy reach of Ladies Beach and the facilities of the town center, to villas in quieter locations such as Long Beach and Davutlar, 15 minutes south of the main resort.

A new cruise ship terminal has recently opened and a large convention centre is under construction, with a golf course planned for the area.
